Order Cancellations

Because we ship orders the same day, cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of purchase.

To cancel an order, please email shopr99sports@gmail.com within this 1-hour window. Requests made after this timeframe cannot be guaranteed.

Refund Requests

To request a refund, email shopr99sports@gmail.com and include:

• Your order number
• The reason for your request

Refund eligibility is subject to the conditions outlined below.

Exchanges Only (No Refunds)

R99 Specs only offers exchanges, not refunds, under the following circumstances:

• Your order has not arrived within 60 days of the purchase date
• Your product arrives broken or damaged

If eligible, we will send a replacement pair at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

• Products that have been opened or removed from their packaging
• Free promotional orders where only shipping was paid
• Orders reported outside the stated eligibility timeframes

All sales are considered final unless they meet the exchange criteria listed above.
